Social Worker – Mental Health Team – South East London Reed are currently recruiting experienced adult Social Workers for a Mental Health Team based in South East London. You must have previous experience within the same team or similar. SOLID EXPERIENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE CO-ORDINATION, TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SOCIAL WORK COVER FOR THE PROMOTING RECOVERY TEAM, CARRYING OUT STATUTORY INTERVENTIONS UNDER THE CARE ACT 2015 INCLUDING ASSESSMENTS AND SAFEGUARDING, DEALING WITH A MAXIMUM OF 25 CASES, DEALING WITH CASES TO DO WITH PSYCHOSIS, BUSY BUT SUPPORTIVE TEAM, PARKING ONSITE - BASED AT CHURCHDOWN MENTAL HEALTH CENTRE, DOWNHAM You must be Social Work England registered and have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
