Senior Finance Analyst Bracknell, Berkshire £50,000 - £55,000 car allowance bonus Robert Walters have partnered with a global FMCG organisation based in Berkshire, who are looking to recruit a highly commercial Senior Finance Analyst into their growing FP&A team. This opportunity will give an ambitious individual the opportunity to grow and progress within an employee focussed business. Key responsibilities: Support local finance teams and senior stakeholders, providing financial analysis and delivering financial forecasts. Lead the planning cycles, working in close collaboration with senior finance stakeholders. Develop and identify business needs analytics, and leveraging standard data and tools to deliver innovative analytical solutions. Act as a point of contact and technical expert for FP&A related issues, ensuring continuous improvement is prioritised. Experience and qualifications: Qualified Accountant ( ACA , ACCA , CIMA or equivalent) or hold a Masters in Finance. Strong planning, forecasting and budgeting experience gained within a medium to large organisation. To be successful in this role the successful candidate must be highly commercial, with strong business partnering skills. Ability to work in an agile manner within a fast paced environment.
