Overview
Commercial Property Lawyer A modern and progressive law firm are looking for an experienced Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their highly regarded commercial property department. The Real estate department of this firm have a great reputation and work on behalf of local and national clients. The successful candidate will be expected to show experience of handling their own caseload of sales and purchases of commercial property as well as being able to advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, lease terminations and overage agreements. You will possess good academics and have a minimum of 2 yrs post qualified experience.
