Role Overview As the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be joining a reputable Real Estate team who work on behalf of local and national clients. In this role, you will handle a variety of work to include: Sales and purchases of commercial property Commercial leases Lease renewals Lease terminations Overage agreements About You The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can demonstrate: 2 years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Exeutive Strong academics Experience of handling their own caseload The ability to advise on a wide range of matters Job Offer The salary for this Commercial Property Lawyer position is £39,000 - £47,000 per annum.
