Job Title - Development Executive - Corporate Motor Fleet Contract - Permanent Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 Car allowance (£3,200) Bonus - On target bonus £450 PCM Location - Midlands - Home Based Industry - Insurance Broker (Insurance, Motor, Motor Fleet Insurance, Broker) ______________________________________________________________________________ Due to continued growth and development our National client are looking to expand their extremely successful Motor Fleet team. You will be provided an abundance of qualified leads and appointments and have to option to retain clients won to service going forward. My client is flexible in the candidate they will consider from proven development executives to account handlers with the ambition to become an executive. The Client:- - A National broker who are one of the leading brands within Commercial and Fleet insurance - The client boast a network of offices strategically based throughout the UK and Ireland, offering optimal coverage - Recognised as one of the top 5 Insurance Brokers in the UK The Role:- - The majority of your time will be spent in front of prospects and clients, understanding their insurance programme and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to present structured proposals to win their business. - This is a predominately field based role with the client providing a large amount of qualified leads - Proactive development of new business streams from referrals and recommendations.
