The Business A world leading Fintech company using machine learning to automate currency trading. With offices in London, New York and Singapore this company has exploded onto the fintech scene, founded only 5 years ago they are already the 3rd largest currency trader in the world. The Job You will join the company to assist with two areas, Human Resource Management and a research project focusing on mapping out different industries, personnel and territories. This is an excellent entry level position for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in HR, interested in Fintech and machine learning or simply wants to work for a highly successful Fintech start-up. Job breakdown Work closely with the company CEO to help deliver a research project which will be used to inform the future company strategy Research and map out different industries in different territories Map out up to 500 finance professionals across multiple locations Assist the HR manager with administrative duties involved with the HR management of fast growth company. Ad hoc duties as they arise. Who fits the bill? Educated to degree High academic achievers preferred but not required, attitude is the most important attribute A confident character comfortable completing tasks both autonomously and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Intermediate Excel skills are a bonus Confidence to question data and processes to improve knowledge and results Someone excited by the prospect of joining a highly successful Fintech start up
