Professional Services Buyer
Overview
Are you an experienced Indirect procurement professional? Would you like to work for an award winning procurement department? Based in Coventry, this organisation have an exciting opportunity for a Professional Services Buyer The main purpose of this role will be to support the management of end to end supply chain activities across all areas of indirect services spend. You will work with the Procurement Manager to identify effective procurement solutions delivering value for money, fit for purpose procurement solutions, through a consistent and transparent process. Key duties will include Working with the Professional Services Category Manager to identify effective procurement solutions, delivery of category management procurement expertise, management of supplier contracts and undertaking competitive tendering for 3rd party requirements In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience: Ideally you will be MCIPS qualified or working towards Previous experience in an indirect procurement role Strong experience of running end to end procurement processes Excellent stakeholder engagement skills Strong communication skills In return, you will be paid a salary of circa £35,000 plus benefits and have the opportunity to work within a business that truly cares about its employees and customers.
