Overview

The digital media trafficker is responsible for the accurate setup and ongoing delivery of our clients’ advertisements on our numerous newsletters and websites. They are further responsible for ensuring the timely sending of all newsletters accordingly to a strict schedule. The digital media trafficker will be a champion for accuracy and attention to detail, with an interest in digital advertising best practice, technical know-how, an understanding of performance goals and how to best deliver these. The digital media trafficker will help our Client Services Managers to focus on campaigns with missing materials and will play an important role to check that all campaigns are delivering according to schedule. The digital media trafficker will be in contact with our customers as well as other people in various divisions of our business of the company. As a result they will need to adapt their skills to various different environments and working methods. Analytical skills to suggest processes harmonization will also always be welcomed Key responsibilities and tasks: Respond to our customers’ requests by email and by phone in a timely manner and with professionalism and accuracy Maintain good relationships with our customers and provide them with excellent services during the delivery of their campaign Produce digital campaign reports for our Sales Team so that our customers can review end-of-campaign performance Setup new client adverts in various ad servers (principally Google Ad Manager), amend existing campaigns, and replace client creatives as required Ensure digital advertising campaigns start on time and complete on time Strictly follow procedures for checking adverts to maintain accuracy at all times Ensure all email newsletters are sent according to schedule Monitor live campaigns for under-performance or over-delivery Optimise and adjust delivery settings on campaigns to ensure advertisers’ goals are met Assist other members of the team with email marketing (mailshots) as required Work closely with client service managers and sales to provide the best performance possible for advertising clients and suggestions for improvement to campaigns. Ensure accuracy of all digital advertising (web, newsletters) for all brands across the William Reed portfolio Provide a real-time update on newsletter delivery upon request Troubleshoot issues that arise and make amendments/fix errors on all advert setups as required Maintain knowledge of ad serving techniques by active participation in online forums, ad ops groups etc Maintain our traffickers process documentation Provide regular updates on missing materials and look after the preparation of weekly and monthly checks. Provide real-time updated lists of empty spaces on newsletters and websites as required Required skills: Enthusiasm for understanding ad serving, campaign delivery, and digital marketing technologies Accuracy and attention to detail Proactive mind set Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (for producing analytical reports) Strong customer communication skills Desirable, or of additional benefit: Good working knowledge of ad serving and trafficking, in particular with Google Ad Manager Experience with any of the following CMS’s or software applications: eZ-Publish, WordPress, Pressflex, Adobe Campaign, Elan Experience with working directly with HTML files (to help troubleshoot client ads)
