Overview
Trainee Recruitment Consultant wanted Sales experience/Graduate £18,000-£20,000 basic first year OTE £35,000 The Earning Potential, Benefits and Rewards You will start on a basic of £20,000 and this will increase to £22,000 after your 6 week training. You have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) should be £30-40,000. Other rewards and incentives include available include: •21 days annual leave •Car allowance •Annual Company-wide End of Year event at which all staff stay overnight at a country hotel. This event includes a yearly vision meeting, dinner, party and Annual Awards •Quarterly company-wide events that include Awards for staff at all levels with prizes ranging from £200-400 •Quarterly High Achievers Lunches at Michelin star restaurants - recent restaurants have included Hibiscus, Tamarind, Hakkasan and Benares •Annual Incentive Holiday - recent destinations have included New York, Miami, Barcelona and Las Vegas •Ad hoc daily, weekly and monthly competitions with prizes ranging from a champagne breakfast to afternoon tea free You You will join the training academy, a 4 week training programme overseen by the managing director, and receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of a training manager who will help you make the transition from trainee to consultant.
