Overview
A superb opening for a senior employment knowledge management lawyer to support a 20 employment law team in delivering high quality, cost effective legal advice. Based in the firm’s City office you will be tasked with the objective of keeping the team up to date with legal developments, delivering training, updating precedents for the team’s know-how system, supporting with the drafting of newsletters and employment law updates and writing articles. Reporting in to the head of the firm’s employment law practice but with the support and mentoring of the firm’s other senior knowledge management lawyers, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark and become an integral member of a thriving employment practice. Working closely with the firm’s management board you will be implementing strategies that drive innovation, process improvement and the facilitation of knowledge sharing across the firm. You must be an existing employment knowledge management lawyer with a strong background and training in employment law and excellent academics.
