The interoperability of their modules enables customers to drive improvements across business units. For example, to initiate learning needs based on root cause analysis from complaints; to ensure that performance reviews are based on factual MI and that corrective action can be initiated and tracked, or to identify potential vulnerabilities and to automate intelligent file checking to mitigate risk. JOB TITLE: Graduate IT Scheme - Full Business Rotation PURPOSE OF ROLE: This opportunity is available to start in January/February 2020. You will join this firm and gain a 360 view of how each department works and fits together, gaining an understanding of how they meet client expectation and remain one of the best in their sector. By spending time in each department will also give you insight into where you see your career progressing with the firm. The main focus of your role following training will be within the Services Delivery Team. You will have the opportunity to learn the end to end activities that take place to implement innovative solutions to clients that leverage the award-winning products. You will work with each delivery team to gain hands-on experience in the skills and aptitude required to meet the requirements of the role. Ultimately gaining the necessary skills in one of the key delivery aspects of the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Rotate through the Service Delivery Teams, learning and applying the vital skills that are key to each team’s effectiveness. Author high-quality documentation that supports downstream and/or ongoing activities Work with the wider team to provide timely support and assistance to existing clients utilising existing product solutions Support and develop the positive team working culture within all activities undertaken Undertake administrative tasks as required as part of your day to day activities PERSON SPECIFICATION: In order to rotate through the differing delivery teams, understanding, learning and applying the key capabilities they comprise, key required qualities will include: Relevant degree A keen enthusiasm for Information Technology and the business enhancements that this can enable Report writing skills A willingness to go over and above in order to learn and apply new things Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively and appropriately Able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously whilst adhering to strict timescales.
