Overview

Job Purpose: To directly support a Case Handler with an accurate and efficient service. To work with other team members in accordance with Client Protocols, Service Level Agreements with customers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients and customers via letter, email and telephone. Updating bespoke websites. Taking proactive action to ensure all parties are kept informed. Dealing with other general correspondence and administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and management of incoming post. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to further improve the service offered by the team. Knowledge/Skills: Customer service experience Excellent attention to detail Ability to work quickly and maintain high levels of accuracy Assertive, calm, friendly and a good team player Excellent time management & organisational skills Excellent ability to prioritise and work under pressure Reliable and flexible Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good problem solving skills Proficient with IT systems and programmes i.e. MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel
