Production Support Team Leader Competitive salary and benefits 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Hours: 08:00-04:00 - Mon-Fri A Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with a global reach and also a committed player in the treatment of pain, addiction and critical care are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their business. In the UK they are recognised as a key partner to the NHS and the private hospital sector with their range of quality products. They are now looking to recruit a Production Support Team Leader to join them. The role Under the guidance of the production Support Manager the role holder will be responsible for; • Supporting production, engineering, quality and regulatory teams with technical advice and guidance • Identifying, scoring and executing continuous improvement projects within the production facility to improve quality, output, safety and to reduce waste • Liaising with quality departments to: o Improve quality metrics o lead and assist investigations o identify corrective and preventative actions • Generating and executing Process Validation Protocols, reporting against validation activities. • Updating and maintaining quality critical documents, batch cards, SOP's etc • Maintaining the calibrated status of productions quality critical instrumentation The ideal candidate will have technical experience gained within a pharmaceutical environment; the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator that is able to work well in a small team to ensure daily targets are met.
