This means your work is indirectly impacting everyone in the UK. Job Responsibilities As the Senior Service Manager, you will join one of our existing Service Management teams which provides services to the Home Office. You will report to a Lead Service Manager within an existing portfolio. You will act as the integrator and provide two-way communications as necessary between customers and the IT suppliers and represent the user estate on change, incidents etc. You will maintain a working knowledge of projects and change programs both in the pipeline and in delivery with respect to the specific customer organisation. We will see that a successful Senior Service Manager has: Considerable IT Service Management experience within a large organisation Ability to work independently, be proactive and organised Work efficiently with stakeholders at all levels both internally & externally Demonstrate experience of using commercial agreement/s to deliver a service either as a supplier or customer Desirable candidates will have: ITIL qualifications Experience of working in a SIAM model Experience of working in an Agile project delivery environment Experience of budget management Knowledge of ServiceNow Experience supporting the design, agreement and implementation of the relevant service.
