Overview

Salary up to £60,000 per annum Bonus Professional Training | Workforce Development Birmingham, West Midlands The Role Reporting to the National Sales Director you will manage a portfolio of large national accounts across the utilities sector (i.e. electricity, gas, renewables, water, and waste management industries). You will be tasked with delivering profitable growth in your account base through increasing "share of wallet" and identifying and prosecuting new business opportunities. Key to your success will be your ability to manage and develop the commercial relationships in conjunction with influencing a wide variety of key stakeholders. Candidates This is a high-profile role with high levels of autonomy and strategic responsibility which calls for an experienced Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager or Client Manager with outstanding communication and influencing skills. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of: Managing and developing strategically important National / Key Accounts in the professional training, education, workforce development, talent retention or recruitment sectors. Bringing a structured approach to business development and key account management. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with senior decision-makers within large corporates. Leading and developing an ambitious and high-potential team. A highly skilled negotiator, with exceptional influencing and leadership skills, you will be innovative in your thinking, highly organised in your approach coupled with an infectious passion and enthusiasm that gets results.
