IR35 RULE CHANGE COMPLIANT COMPANY - LTD Co Contractors won't be Captured by the HMRC Rule Changes in April 2020 Sheet Metal Workers x3 - Immediate Start - 3 Month Contract - Based Peterborough £20-£21p/h Overtime Rates - £1000-£1200 p/w 60 Hours a Week - 12 Hours a day Saturday Morning (Optional) Mild & Stainless Steel Fabrication / Working to Engineering Drawings Punch Press / Guillotine / Press Brake - Bending / Forming Working for a well established producer of bespoke machinery for the food, power generation, pharmaceutical and process industry sectors have recently won a number of sizeable orders for a new company and have a bottleneck is the sheet metal. As a result we are looking to recruit three to four sheet metal workers to clear the bottleneck. Turning over less that £10.2m p/a they are exempt from the new IR35 rules that are being introduced in April. What the Role will Involve: - Working from customers engineering drawings you will be fabricating various parts for machinery, including hoppers, frames, chassis, chutes etc. - Using machinery such as guillotines, press brakes, punch presses etc to form and fold the metal. - Working with stainless and mild steel ranging from 2mm to 10mm in thickness. - If you can MIG / TIG weld or tack weld that would be an advantage, but not essential. What we are Looking for in the Candidate: - Time served sheet metal working experience. - Experience with punch presses / guillotines / punch presses etc - standard fabrication equipment. - Willing to do overtime - 60-70 hours a week - overtime is paid at flat rate.
