STAFFORCE are recruiting for a QUALITY OFFICER for their client based in HARLOW, ESSEX. This is a role for a well known, pharmaceutical company, who are producing bespoke products for their customers. The role is a temporary role with the potential of going permanent after 12 months. Hours: Flexibility required - 37.5 per week Rate of Pay: 12:82 - £15.38 Depending on proven experience My client produces bespoke prescriptions of various medical compounds such as a mix of drugs for chemotherapy treatment, mix of drugs for nutritional type treatments etc they would all be intravenous drugs and would be produced in small batches for that specific patient. The role of the Quality Officer will be supporting some of the investigative work needed where there are non conformities and issues with compound. Duties/types of activities: Participate in the investigation process for environmental monitoring of compound non-conformances Support the compounding team in any further actions required as a result of the investigation Data analysis work reporting and use of Excel Essential skills: Experience working in a GMP environment Experience working in QA/ QC Competent in the use of Microsoft Word™ and Excel™ Eye for detail Ideal skills: Competent in data analysis Effective written and verbal communicator Excellent attention to detail Ability to focus and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem solving/ investigational skills Experience of risk assessments and root cause analysis Desirable: Experience working in Aseptic Manufacture Experience working in a microbiology Laboratory Experience of risk assessments and root cause analysis Behaviours: Self starter, able to work on own initiative Quick learner Able to work cross functionally, interact with all types of people at all levels If you would like to apply for the role please send your CV or call 0208 8586888 and speak with Daniela Robinson
