Working in partnership with universities across the UK, the Online Programme Management (OPM) team provides online learning services including marketing, student recruitment, course content development, training and ongoing student support. About the job Following a period of rapid growth, the UK OPM business now requires access to the complete technology stack to support day to day operational delivery across both student recruitment and student services. This role will suit a determined and enthusiastic individual to manage the day-to-day operation of Pardot and other UK OPM platforms, such as SmartSheets, Form Assembly, Content Management System/WordPress, and webinar tool. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual who is committed to getting it right with a never-ending desire to learn, improve and contribute. Key Responsibilities You will be self-motivated, diligent and accurate, able to work under pressure to meet business and project demands within a dynamic and fast paced environment. You are easily able to respond with urgency to solve problems as they emerge, through effective communication and coordination with the wider project delivery team, support functions and vendors. + Manage internal and external stakeholders; + Log system risks and issues; + Resolve day-to-day functional issues; + Manage automations and integrations; + Create reports and dashboards; + Monitor incoming data for integrity and privacy; + Provide training to stakeholders on the usage of Pardot; + Manage the users and profiles; + Data cleansing; and + Collaborate on projects when needed.
