Customer Service Advisor - Planning Leeds - LS12 £20,000 - £22,000 My client are a national service provider within the automotive industry who are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their Planning team. You will be responsible for working closely with the Customer Service Team liaising both internally and externally to provide the best outcome for both the consumer and the business. As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: Provide fantastic Customer Service over the phone and via email Resolve all customer queries/complaints in regards to planning repairs Import all planning claims into internal systems Identify problems or trends in the planning of shifts for customer repairs Amend and modify planned jobs as a result of changes in resource availability Update the planning and customer database as required As a Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills: Previous experience within Customer Service/Complaint Handling is essential Previous experience working within Logistics/Planning would be preferred 5 GCSE with a grade C at least in Maths and English Excellent attention to detail Highly Proficient on Microsoft Office Customer Service Advisor - Planning - LS12 - £20,000-£22,000 - Permanent Due to the high volume of CV’s we receive we are unable to respond to all applications.
