Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing bespoke Contractor for a Quantity Surveyor to join them in North London. This role offers a salary up to £60,000 per annum plus package alongside opportunities to progress within the business. The Company: Offering Joinery, and Carpentry, services within the Construction industry they have developed a bespoke service and exceptional offering to clients meaning they are continuing to grow year on year. With projects through Residential, Education, Industrial and Commercial sectors - you'll gain exposure to a variety of projects. The Role of Quantity Surveyor: - Cost control of projects. - Overseeing dispute resolution as required. - Financial forecasting and analysis. - Work closely with the project manager to ensure projects run on time. To secure this role: - You must have a Degree, or equivalent, in a construction related discipline ideally Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management. - Background within Joinery or Carpentry or other trade. - Prior experience working as a QS on Joinery projects would be ideal.
