Overview
Facilities Coordinator Base Location: Oxford £28000 - £38000 annual salary plus benefits Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a national organisation and one of the largest property owners in the UK. They are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based in Oxford, responsible for co-ordination and management of both in-house and outsourced facilities services. Main Duties: Day to day management/co-ordination of designated premises, overseeing the reporting and monitoring of progress for all day to day maintenance, repairs and health and safety issues. Act as nominated officer or first point of contact for external contractors regarding works and services to designated buildings Responsible for the compliance of premises ensuring that they meet all statutory compliance regulations and building standards. Manage a delegated budget, through the maintenance of effective resource management of people, stock, products, equipment cash receipts and floats. Experience: Relevant qualification in Facilities Management at degree level or equivalent proven experience. Experience of people, budget and project management. Experience of the application of health and safety legislation, moving and handling, COSHH, risk assessments.
