We're looking for a Bad Debt Protection Administrator like you, with a strong administration background in a regulated environment. What's more, you'll be working in our brand new offices in MediaCityUK, deep in the creative hub of new technologies and innovation What you'll do: Bad Debt Protection Administrator Our Bad Debt Protection products take on client's bad debt risk. This provides reassurance, knowing they'll receive payment and safeguard their cashflow if their customers are unable to make payment or become insolvent. Our bad debt team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent attention to detail and communication skills to liaise between internal teams and clients. You will be facilitating the process for clients using the products by supporting the processing of applications in a timely manner. You will liaise between teams to ensure a smooth process and handle queries around the application to ensure decisions are made within timely timescales. Why we want you to join us As an experienced administrator you will bring skills in customer service and working under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy to minimise risk. You will be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and be eager to learn to improve on your performance and knowledge within the team. It would be beneficial to have experience in invoice financing or credit insurance, but not essential as full training will be provided.
