Design Engineer

Excellent role on offer for a Design Engineer where you will join a market leading company and be given the chance to work on specialist projects within an exciting industry. Do you have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant subject? Do you have experience in 3D design packages? Do you have experience within Plastics and/or Injection Moulding? For the past 15 years, this growing company have manufactured products within the automotive industry, with depots across the world. In the last 5 years the workforce in the UK has tripled and they are now looking for an enthusiastic Design Engineer to join their tight knit team to help the company continue to develop. In this varied role you will be managing projects from initial briefs, to developing concepts for future products and producing manufacturing ready designs. You will also be responsible for setting up and running development tests and producing comprehensive result write up reports. The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant subject, and have experience within Plastics and/or Injection Moulding. You must also be commutable to Hastings.
