French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA) Location: Camden Permanent £25-28K per annum Reference:BH11002 Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a French Speaking - Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join an Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) company. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis, Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities: Processing of inbound sales queries via telephone, email and online chat Selling to customers, determining their needs and suggesting relevant products. Gather relevant customer information Processing of invoices and internal reports Assist the sales teams with any admin Handle customer requests for service related to password resets, download issues, technical questions, etc. Answer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring customers receive a timely service Deals with customer queries and requests in a timely manner Create research Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets.
