JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Resourcer Division: Pulse Nursing Responsible to: Recruitment & Compliance Team Leader/Manager Job Scope: Under the direction of the Recruitment & Compliance Team Leader/Manager the resourcer will be responsible for completing the end to end recruitment process for all new candidates joining the division. Working closely with the Compliance Team to ensure candidates are fully compliant and cleared to work within company policy and guidelines. Key Tasks: Candidate Generation Maintain a consistent pipeline of new quality candidates registering with Pulse Nursing Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates Optimising search engines/Google, general registers and forums that are relevant to your field in addition to traditional candidate attraction strategies as below: -CV searching -Headhunting -IQX database cleansing -Recommendations -Job board advertising -PULSE website applications -Job fairs and open days Dedicating time to supporting the hard to fill/shortage areas each week, liaising with the BM and consultants to ensure business needs are being met Candidate Management Proactive candidate management Respond to all applications to adverts in a timely manner Pre-screening of candidates to determine suitability to work Manage expectations of candidates at all times, keeping informed of progress Ensuring the candidate journey is positive and professional Working with the Recruitment Administrators to work to achieving Time to hire targets. Proactively promoting Loyalty and benefits schemes Compliance Procedure Manage new candidates through the pre-employment checking process, using the Join Pulse tech to automate the process and divisional processes where ever possible, however ensuring we offer a flexible service for those candidates that would prefer to follow a more traditional recruitment process.
