Recruitment Team Leader - Technology £35,000 - £45,000 London A growin g Technology recruiter in the city, who have seen phenomenal success over the past couple of years, are looking to hire a Team Leader to help speak and drive the team forward. With newly built offices specifically for them showing they believe in their brand and what it stands for, will require someone with just as much passion and enthusiasm in what they are trying to do. With client such as VISA, Bank of America, Lufthansa and Scottish Widows they are working with some of the worlds leading financial institutions and continue to grow this base considerably whilst filling the high number of roles already live. The team leader will be responsible for driving sales figures, offering 1-2-1 guidance and support to consultants, become hands on with clients and candidates themselves and ultimately be the point of contact for the directors when reporting on figures and progress. What are they looking for? 3 years experience in Recruitment, ideally with some team leader or management experience Proven track record of billings with a recruitment role, ideally within a Tech related field Drive and motivation to continue learning a develop further The ability to guide and tutor others Self belief A desire for the tech industry What can they offer?
