Indirect Tax Senior Officer Wimbledon £34,000 - £40,000 10% London weighting Full-Time Permanent Our client is a fast growing organisation in Wimbledon looking for an experienced Indirect Tax Senior Officer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an assertive person who pays great attention to detail. In addition the role would suit a person who is part-qualified or QBE. Key Responsibilities: In charge of cross-examination accounts, quarterly payments calculations Running of ad hoc projects Assist in UK VAT development and policy including Observe and communicate legislative changes Ensure the organisations best VAT position and cash flow outcome Communicating with internal shareholders, information providers, external advisers and revenue authorities Assist with Tax Function queries, tasks and deadlines and audits Personal Requirements: Confident and enthusiastic personality with excellent multi-tasking abilities Solid analytical and accounting abilities Abilities to meet deadlines Strong communications and team work abilities German language is desirable but not essential High degree of flexibly IT literacy with a good understanding of SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Highly motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude The capability to solve problems and work independently Benefits 30 days holiday Pension scheme Discount Card cinema tickets Support with 50% of study fees
