Overview
Grafton Banks Finance Ltd is pleased to be working with a rapidly growing SME business on the outskirts of Tonbridge. Our client is seeking a part-qualified/qualified Accountant to see them through a busy period of the year and to take away some of the workload from the Financial Controller. The position is 3 days per week (potentially 4 days a week at busier periods). Duties as follows: Monthly management accounts. Authorising purchase invoices. Cash flow. Maintaining the fixed asset register. Processing of bank payments. Pre-payments and accruals. Ad-hoc project work as and when required. This role will suit the following candidate profile: Qualified, Part-qualified or QBE Accountant. Strong EXCEL skills. Sage experience desirable. In return the role will pay £18-£22 per hour (if PAYE) dependent on experience.
