Overview

Property Manager / Block Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager / Block Manager to manage a residential block and estate management portfolio in Manchester City Centre. We are market leaders with an experienced team, enviable back office, finance and support functions to help you succeed in your role and your career with RMG. Location: You'll be working out of our Manchester City Centre office and have the flexibility of some home based working. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours Full Time Permanent Salary - Negotiable, depending on experience and qualification We are looking for a qualified and experienced Block Manager to manage large scale city centre developments and key clients within a growing portfolio. Proactively manage, retain and grow the portfolio through the provision of excellent service, relationship building and knowledge of industry legislation with regards to effective Property Management. IRPM qualification, experience of managing a City Centre portfolio, cladding compliance, good knowledge of M&E and strong communication skills are all beneficial to this role. Responsibilities of the Property Manager / Block Manager: Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits. Interpretation of the lease is key; working within the terms of the lease at all times. Monitoring collection of service charges to fund necessary works and respond within agreed service level time frames.
