Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a market-leading SME with their search for a Finance Manager, based on the outskirts of Andover. Working closely with the Finance Director and managing a small team, you will take ownership of preparing the monthly Management Accounts. You’ll monitor company cashflow and cost of sales for long-term projects in line with strict rules/regulations, making recommendations to the Board of Directors. You will also play a key role in continual process improvements, maintaining systems efficiency and accuracy for complex contract information. The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/AAT qualified, with the adaptability and tenacity to work in ever evolving organisation. Due to this job being newly created, there will be significant scope to make the role your own over time. My client will also offer flexible working conditions, and the opportunity to regularly work from home.
