Overview

Tax Senior The firm is a well-established 3 partner practice based in Kent, with around 100 staff. You will manage your own portfolio of personal clients, maintaining and developing the strong relationships which are key to the firm’s growth, as well as assisting other tax department personnel with work on their portfolios as required. The role is primarily personal tax compliance focused but there will be ad hoc projects and work involving all the taxes. About you You will have experience of managing a portfolio of clients. You are a confident self-starter with good interpersonal skills with at least four years tax experience. A working knowledge of CCH would be an advantage. You are willing and able to work under pressure and cope flexibly with, at times, demanding deadlines. Your analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to think laterally mean you are capable of identifying potential problems and providing solutions. You have well developed client liaison skills. You are fully conversant with current tax issues and conversant with relevant legislation, case law etc. You show initiative, exercise judgement and take ownership of issues from start to finish. You have good communication skills – both verbal and written. Your qualifications Ideally ATT qualified, but happy to consider qualified by experience. Salary and benefits will be market rate, reflecting your level of qualifications and experience.
