Overview
Training Co-ordinator/Administrator £25,000 - £28,000 This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator with strong communication skills and a commitment to developing themselves to join this busy team. Any experience within a Learning and Development environment is great but the most important thing is the ability to pick things up quickly and thoroughly, the ambition to take responsibility for your part of the training administration, the ability to prioritise tasks and the enthusiasm to work effectively in this small team. Initially this contract is for 6 months with a further 6 months extension to be discussed. On a day to day basis you will be co-ordinating the training courses this will include: Co-ordinating all aspects of communication with delegates, from enquiry through to confirmation. Developing, maintaining and update course materials and resources. Ensuring appropriate production and distribution to the attendees. Registering the attendees on the day. Providing material and helping with any questions. Ensuring the training rooms are prepared with the appropriate materials and equipment. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with course leaders and speakers to ensure appropriate course development and delivery. Producing, distributing and analysing evaluation reports to assist the further development of training courses. Assist in developing effective marketing plans and materials for the promotion of courses, including using social media. Updating the website relating to training services. Person Profile Experience of event or training or similar administration. Possess excellent administrative and organising skills. Possess good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Adept at using social media · Able to prioritise a diverse work load. Proactive, flexible and calm under pressure. A good team player · Work independently and effectively.
