Overview

This is an exciting new Analyst role, which sits within the EMEA Finance team of a Global Media Agency. This role is part of a close knit team of 5, reporting into the Commercial FD and CFO. The main focus is working with Market Finance and HR to drive dashboarding, metrics and provide analysis of data. This role is perfect for someone who is making their first move into industry from Big 4 or mid-tier, or has had a few years industry exposure. Main duties include: • Analysing cost and delivering timely and accurate insights to the business and to senior stakeholders • Obtaining key insights behind the numbers through conversations with CFOs and Heads of Department • Condensing information into report/presentations • Using financial and non-financial to extract meaningful insights for decision making • Identifying and monitor cost variances between actuals vs forecast/budget • Provide senior management with timely analysis, intelligence and recommendations they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions • Develop an in-depth knowledge of market issues and develop strong relationships with local teams Ideal skill set: • ACA qualified from Big 4 or mid-tier • 3 years analysis experience • Strong communication & presentation skills
