Overview
Forza Talent is currently resourcing for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established award winning company. Based on the outskirts of Manchester; your role will be providing enhanced support to the finance operation as well as other day to day duties across this busy and accomplished team. Your main duties for this role will be: Process & post purchase ledger invoices onto the system Code invoices to the nominal ledger Create payment runs Prepare payment cash flow reports Execute payment runs through the banking system Liaise with suppliers Reconcile supplier statements and follow up reconciling items to clear Reconcile Monthly Credit Card Statements / expenses Filing of invoices, statements, self-bills Allocating payments & transferring funds Checking off invoices/authorising against databases Entering bank payments & bank interest charges This is an extremely busy and fast paced role with an exciting business going through a strong period of growth and as a result you will also be required to add support and cover to the wider finance team when necessary. The working hours are 9-5:30pm (37.5 hour week) with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a contribution based pension.
