Overview
Account Manager £33,000 with a bonus £10K Cheltenham As a result of an on-going expansion, this Cheltenham based client is looking for a dedicated and confident Account Manager to jump on board and work closely with the sales team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating enquiries, following up on leads and converting/closing sales to meet targets. Your time will be split between the office and attending client meetings where you will be discussing and understanding their requirements in detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technical specifications. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming enquiries, specify requirements and liaise with other departments where necessary Build quotations and upsell where possible Update the CRM system to progress check orders and develop a pipeline Maintain strong relationships to support recommendations, referrals and business Weekly and monthly KPI reports Skills/ Experience: Target-driven Self-motivated, self-starter able to work independently Eagerness to develop technical product knowledge Proven communication and interpersonal skills Effective team worker Benefits: Generous bonus scheme Pension Health cover Free parking Good long-term career prospects GB Sales is your specialist in Sales and Customer Service recruitment.
