Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a highly reputable, international firm in Manchester. Our client is an innovative, commercially focused firm with extensive international reach and an enviable reputation for exceptional work. They boast a broad client base, ranging from the largest international corporations to new and emerging companies, and handle many highly complex matters on their behalf. Their leading corporate team pride themselves on their collaborative culture, working together to ensure their clients receive the highest quality of service at all times. As a corporate solicitor, you will have between two and six years of post-qualifying experience with a strong technical and commercial background. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop strong client relationships. You will be eager to work across multiple teams and disciplines, managing and assisting with a variety of projects. You will be working closely with your team on a variety of matters such as managing service on significant transactions and advising clients on managing and structuring transactions. You will be working on a broad range of complex transactions, including worldwide mergers of established businesses, new ventures and joint ventures. You will have some involvement with private equity transactions across a variety of sectors and involvement in regulatory work and funds.
