An EMEA Payroll Specialist is required to join a busy International business based in Farnborough for a period of 3 months. This EMEA Payroll Specialist role sits within a small payroll function and will suit a candidate used to working at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and who has the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Role In this EMEA Payroll Specialist role you will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for multiple entities.This will cover both weekly and monthly paid employees and will require extensive data entry and liaison with outsourced payroll providers for relevant information and reporting. You will also be responsible for completing necessary reconciliations and supporting the finance team with statutory reporting and HMRC filing. In addition, your role will require you to provide excellent customer service to employees and managers at all times while resolving queries efficiently. You may also be required to support elements of a payroll provider and systems change. Profile The successful EMEA Payroll Specialist will be an experienced payroll professional who can demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in previous roles. Prior experience of EMEA payrolls is highly desirable along with exposure to 3rd party payroll providers and systems (ideally ADP and Streamline). It is also essential that you have the ability to work within a small team and solve problems with minimal guidance in a busy and demanding environment.
