Senior Statistical Programmer - Home Based UK or Europe Our client is looking for a Senior Statistical Programmer (Home based) to join their dynamic and expanding team. They are a leading, global CRO offering opportunities across many European countries. In this role you will be leading programming deliverables for at least one study of moderate complexity and/or scope including effective resource planning and tracking and wok allocation to ensure project, timeline and quality goals are consistently achieved. Location: Home based across the UK or Europe. They offer: Competitive salary and bonus Flexible working options Excellent benefits package Tailored career development opportunities Role Responsibilities: Deliver high quality SAS programming outputs for all assignments that consistently meets study timelines, quality standards, sponsor and/or contractual requirements. Lead programming deliverables for assigned studies, including implementation of resource planning, tracking, work allocation and quality control. Plan, organize and prioritize workload to ensure effective time management and adherence to project specific timelines. Create and validate safety and efficacy outputs (analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures). Create and validate complex programs (such as project or departmental macros) to a high standard of quality and accuracy. Create and maintain analysis dataset specifications to a high standard of quality and accuracy. Set-up standard programming directories and start-up utilities. Create, document and validate macros at the table, listing and figure level. Trouble-shoot and resolve programming issues in a timely and efficient manner. Person Specification: Proven relevant experience of successfully performing the role of Statistical Programmer, preferably in the clinical research industry. Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines. Demonstrated ability to liaise professionally with team members. Strong working knowledge of data structures (e.g., CDISC SDTM, ADaM), software development lifecycle and their implementation. Strong working knowledge of the development and use of standard programs and macros.
