Are you a proactive and delivery-focused HR generalist seeking the next leap in your career? Absolute HR Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing FMCG firm with a national reach, seeking an ambitious Senior Human Resources Advisor to support a rapidly expanding HR remit. This role will support the business across all UK sites, including London, Hertfordshire & Manchester, and will encompass the full generalist remit, thus presenting the perfect opportunity for an established operational HR professional to step up to the plate and take ownership of a varied workload, in an environment where no two days are the same. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the Senior HR Advisor will play a crucial role in HR service delivery, working closely with a varied stakeholder group to establish best practice and propel operations from a people perspective. This is a true generalist role, offering a broad scope to make a positive impact in areas such as Employee Relations, Recruitment and L&D. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to completing day-to-day tasks, with the utmost consideration for confidentiality and employee experience. Strong interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach are essential, as this is a business facing role within an organisation where employees are truly at the heart. If you meet the below criteria and are seeking an exciting new challenge, we'd love to hear from you Required Attributes CIPD qualified to Level 5, or equal relevant experience 2 years minimum experience in a fast-paced Advisory role Strong employee relations knowledge, with end-to-end case management exposure Confident and professional demeanour, with excellent communication skills A flexible and adaptable approach, able to effectively meet the needs of diverse business units & stakeholders Good knowledge of HR systems, ideally People HR Experience working in an SME and / or multi-site setting highly advantageous A positive, can-do attitude Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
