Senior Ecommerce Manager - Fashion Retail
Overview
This womenswear fashion retailer is seeking a senior ecommerce manager to join the team. You will report directing into the CEO, being responsible the online business through dynamic and innovated ways of working, managing a team of eight. Owning and developing the digital space, creating the online strategy with a hands on, can do attitude. You will be joining a leader within on trend fashion, who offer ownership within your role, as well as the opportunity to develop and grow with the business. People are at the heart of the business, aiming to find great talent and people that are passionate about making an impact within the fashion retail space. Your responsibilities will include: • Responsible for defining and driving the online strategy • Identify site updates and improvements to drive sales, margin and digital growth. • Full responsibility and ownership of the online P&L, analytics and reporting. • Responsible for developing and executing trade strategies. • Working effectively with the product teams to manage the online lifecycle of products and availability. • Delivery of financial reporting and forecasting. • Oversee all digital marketing and events activities of the business, working closely with the digital marketing manager. • Full ownership for content management. • Identify rick and opportunities across all online projects. • Supporting with agency management, regarding digital marketing, AdWord campaigns, Google Analytics PPC, SEO etc. • Overseeing all social media creation and management. • Alongside the digital marketing manager, planning and execute the marketing and promotional calendar. • Driving the digital agenda for mobile and web site optimisation, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality. • Manage and develop your team, through growth and training opportunities to maximise engagement whilst achieving department targets.
