Learning and Development Partner - Watford - Head Office - 12 Month FTC (May/June Start Date) - Up to £35K I am currently supporting my national client with a L&D Partner role based at their Head Office in Watford with a remit of supporting the delivery of the L&D strategy. The role is on an initial 12 month FTC to start in May/June and is paying up to £35K. Job Description My client is looking for someone who is looking to develop their L&D career, you should have 2-3 year's experience of working within a similar environment and they love you to be either working towards your CIPD or interested in doing so. Key Responsibilities My client is looking for someone who has experience of delivering training for a diverse audience and can be proactive with the development of this function to ensure it remains relevant and successful. The following experience will be important to the role: A track record of delivering business orientated solutions within a Retail/Head Office environment. Experience of delivering training within a successful Learning and Development function, achieving overall training compliance. Experience delivering workshop sessions that cater for individual learning styles. Experience of delivering both knowledge and competency-based assessments. Skillset/Experience Interpersonal skills Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent team working skills with all functions of HR Able to display a professional business outlook, acting as an ambassador for the business and its values Ability to nurture relationships to achieve long term objectives Accept constructive feedback and initiate change Excellent team working skills with another department and organisation function to ensure wider KPI's are me Flexibility to travel occasionally
