Overview
Interim Human Resources Manager Immediate start for at least 2 months (strong possibility of extension) £negotiable depending on experience Central London (remote interviews and working are possible as a result of COVID-19) My client, an organisation providing expertise and leadership in sustainable development is seeking an interim Senior HR Manager to advise and support the organisation at both a strategic and operational level. This is a leading HR role managing and guiding a team of 3. The successful candidate will have the following experience and be able to hit the ground running: Able to provide a wide range of high-quality HR services, support and advice on strategic, policy, operational and personal matters to line managers and employees. Experience of line managing a team with proven ability to lead, provide direction to, support and motivate staff. Chartered Member of the CIPD Sound knowledge of the principles of employment law including demonstrable ability to interpret relevant legislation Experience of designing, implementing and reviewing HR related projects Proven ability to manage employee relations issues effectively. Evidence of previous contributions to HR policy review and development as well as reform of HR systems, processes and practices Proven experience of coordinating recruitment processes Experience of change management.
