Come and be a part of our team in our Glasgow City Centre offices. We are recruiting for Relationship Support Advisors for our Vulnerable Customer team within Financial Assist. Some of our Customers may be in financial difficulty and we continually strive to support, listen and empathise to give all our customers an accommodating and memorable experience in a time where they need it most. We need to ensure we understand every aspect of a vulnerable customers’ needs and always deliver an excellent customer experience. If you consider yourself an empathetic and resolution focused individual and have proven experience of supporting vulnerable customers - please read on… We are looking for people with excellent listening and rapport building skills - who can support our vulnerable Customers as individuals & support them in financial difficulty to obtain the best customer outcome. Understanding the Customer’s financial position and offering solutions specific to their needs & appreciating the impacts their vulnerability may have on them. You will case manage the relationship with your Customer and challenge policies and processes when you think they are not delivering the right outcome to deliver excellent and reliable service. Resilient by nature you will manage your own wellbeing / energy to ensure you are able to support your Customers. You will ask appropriate questions to develop an understanding of their situation and the relevant factors relating to their vulnerability. Shifts available for Full time Relationship Support Advisor- Financial Assist : Full time: 36 hours: Working hours: rotational shift from hours between 08:00 - 21:00, working 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 18:00.
