We are seeking a service-orientated travel professional for the role of full-time Travel Consultant with Traveleads. Based from our offices in Millshaw, Leeds, you will be joining a high-performing group of travel brands with an ambitious vision of expanding within the travel sector. CONTRACT AND REWARD This vacancy offers a permenant contract with a competitive pay rate based on experience plus commission-based bonus. The role is based in our offices in Leeds (postcode LS11 8EG). Working hours are 37.5 per week excluding one hour unpaid lunch break daily. You will work a shift pattern to be mutually agreed, any five days between Monday and Sunday. Shift times are flexible around the candidate, ranging from a 6am start, to later shifts with a 9pm finish. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver the highest level of client service through telephone and email communications. Advise clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and budget. Assist them by planning trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, and fares. Work with the view of maximising revenue by enhancing the clients experience and meeting their requirements. Maximising revenue through effective upselling skills and being proactive in capturing business. Providing a consistently excellent level of customer service, tailoring each booking to best meet the needs of the individual, and communicating effectively largely through email and telephone. Working as an ambassador of the brand, at all times representing a high-quality operator. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS The successful applicant will have: Preferably a minimum of one year experience in the travel sector. Be a people-person with demonstratble service skills. Quick learner in using IT systems. A strong administrator who can work at pace. Flexible individual to book travel arrangements for all types of our client sectors.
