Change Manager
Overview
The Transformation Office is a new Centre of Expertise in the firm, its focus is to deliver value add and cost savings to the firm by professionalising the way we identify, assess and deliver internal change. The Organisational Design Senior Manager will be a key role within the firm's new Transformation Office and will be a key point of contact for significant internal projects - delivering strategic advice to project sponsors and project teams. The role will lead the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. We are seeking talent an individual with experience of leading the delivery of Organisational Design (OD) and, ideally Behavioural Change Management (BCM) solutions to join the firm's internal change management function. Responsibilities Apply KPMG's change management method (BCM), processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by KPMG Apply best practice in organisation design with consideration for KPMG's business objectives, strategy, processes, systems and operations Capable of creating organisational operating models and designs based on current state analysis Capable of creating positions within an organisational construct through definition of roles, responsibilities, spans, layers, and reporting lines Design and create interim and future matrix organisational structures using a job evaluation method Conduct job impact analysis and assess organisation readiness for changes to structure, service delivery model, operations, governance, policies and reporting Identify dependencies and requirements for proposed organisation designs to be implemented and adopted such as policies, procedures, systems, training and support collateral Desired skills and experience Have strong experience in the management and delivery of organisational design projects and ideally, change management projects Demonstrable experience of group level organisational restructuring in a large and complex environment Strong experience of organisational design and transformation
