CK Group is recruiting for a Change Management Specialist to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Watford on a contract basis for 12 months, which may be extendable. Location: This role is located on our client's site in Watford which has easy commuting links from North London and surrounding areas such as Hatfield or Stevenage. The Role: Joining the newly formed Change Management Centre of Excellence the Change Management Specialist will be involved in change projects for GBS and across Client as guided by the Director, Change Management. These projects may include changes to organizational behaviour, business processes, systems, and technology. The Change Management Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring projects and organizational change initiatives meet their objectives and achieve the identified business benefits by increasing employee adoption and engagement. The incumbent will support this through the application of specialised/expert knowledge of change management techniques to the development and execution of change plans that inspire employees to change behaviours. This will include stakeholder management, assessing organisational readiness and liaison with Internal Communication on communication strategies and preparation of communication tools, as well as the preparation of communication, training and other change management materials. Principal Accountabilities: - Creation and execution of organisational change management plans on all assigned projects. - Guide and coach leaders and sponsors to establish and maintain the commitment necessary for the change programme. - Proactively work with project teams to identify and assess stakeholders in context of change being introduced. - Liaise with the Internal Communication team to develop plans and strategies to support the project. - Work with teams to assess change readiness. Identify risks and issues related to Change Management and identify resolution/action plans. - Act as an “agent of change” to support the use of Change Management best practices, procedures and methodology across all SN projects as guided by the Director, Change Management. Your Background: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or relevant work experience. Organisational Change Management experience is essential. Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties. You will have the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. You will be organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. You will be highly organised and detail orientated, with the ability to manage work across multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
