Overview
Rare and exciting role on offer for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Engineer looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will work directly with the technical manager and be succession planned to Senior Management roles. Are you Degree educated in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering within a water / refrigeration / cooling / thermodynamics environment? Are you looking for a varied role which will involve some worldwide travel 5-6 times a year? This market leading company design, manufacture and distribute their products across 50 countries worldwide. They employ over 1600 employees worldwide and have a great reputation across many industries that is built on the quality of their engineers and products they supply. They have recently acquired two of their main competitors and are now looking to grow the business further. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are now looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate Engineer they can train and develop. In this role you will report directly to the Technical Manager and act as his 'under study' where he will train, develop and nurture you to become a highly skilled engineer and eventually give you an opportunity to progress. This is a varied role where you will run projects from start to finish which will include research and development of new technologies, testing within their laboratory and on customer sites which could be anywhere in the world. This exciting role would therefore ideally suit a Graduate Engineer who is enthusiastic to learn, ambitious and able to use their own initiative and looking to work for a well-established, exciting and growing manufacturing company. The Role: Graduate Engineer Research & Development Testing / Trialling to find route cause analysis Report Writing Working directly with the Technical Manager World Wide travel 5-6 times a year £25,000 - £30,000 25 Days Holiday Pension Opportunity for World Wide Travel Progression Opportunities The Person: Graduate Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering An interest in Water / Refrigeration / Cooling / Heating / Thermodynamics Happy to travel worldwide occasionally Live local to Maidenhead or serious about relocating to the area Must have a Valid UK passport for travel purposes
