Overview

Customer Service Advisor £19k 12 month fixed term contract with immediate start The successful candidate will be able to prove previous exposure . You will be:- The first point of contact for clients and prospective clients providing support and guidance through the entire journey in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Provide a friendly and welcoming service at all times, providing price and content details of services available to prospective candidates. 2. To actively support new company policies, practises and procedures. 3. Follow company's policy when speaking to candidates over the phone when handling personal information. 4. To input or cross check data accurately including but not restricted to candidates. 5. Record relevant contact with candidates or their representatives using the 'notes' function. 6. Act on and raise to a Team Leader, any complaints or feedback received via the phones, e mail or through social media. 7. To promote the availability of additional products i.e. Study Packs and Special Delivery for candidates when given the opportunity. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Review ID documents required for an exam through the ID and registration check product following company's ID policy. 2. Send any and all relevant correspondence i.e. emails and certificate notifications to the correct person's when required. 3. Provide information to Centre Managers when necessary. 4. Distribute incoming post and messages accurately. 5. Organise and maintain documentation and electronic records. 6. Use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain spread sheets/records/timetables etc. JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POST Education/Qualification Good level of general education Job Related Knowledge Understanding of customer service ethos and provision of customer excellence. First class communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels. Essential Skills Ability to portray a professional image at all times and in challenging situations. Robust communication skills both written and oral. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. IT literate.
