Customer Service Advisor Derby, Pride Park £17,076.40 - £8.21 per hour plus BONUS Full time- 40 hours per week Operational Hours between 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday We are looking for applicants who want to provide an exceptional customer service to our customers, who have a keen eye for detail and eager to resolve queries thoroughly. In this role, you’ll receive calls from existing SKY customers who are thinking of leaving or want to change aspects of their package. You'll be tasked with talking about the benefits and advantages of SKY’s industry leading products, and to retain their packages.
