Overview
We have been instructed on a new role for a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join a well-established regional firm in the East Midlands. This role would be based in their busy and expanding conveyancing department in their Mansfield office. The firm offer a full range of private and business services to their clients including private individuals, company and commercial clients and farmers across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire and pride themselves on offering a personal and individual service to each of their clients. The role includes managing a varied and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of freehold leasehold properties, re-mortgages, buy to let, transfers of equity and more. Our client is flexible at the level of PQE of the successful candidate as long as they are able to handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
